• Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Understand each client's unique business goals, challenges, and objectives.
2. Client Onboarding:
• Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Develop and execute onboarding plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
3. Account Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Monitor and track client usage and engagement with our products or services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on clients' evolving needs.
4. Client Success Planning:
• Develop and implement client success plans to align with clients' objectives and maximize the value they receive from our services.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust these plans to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
5. Issue Resolution:
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may hinder a client's success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
6. Client Feedback and Advocacy:
• Solicit client feedback and insights to drive product/service enhancements.
• Encourage clients to become advocates and participate in case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
7. Client Retention:
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce client churn and increase client retention rates.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, ora related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to analyse data and use it to drive client success.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• +3 years of experience.


• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the tech industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Prior experience working with enterprise-level clients.
